Industrial maintenance has undergone a big leap from the traditional preventive maintenance. This leap was primarily pushed by a technological advancement of Control and Measurement Equipment in a quick and simple way, with companies wanting to perform 24/7. The need of Predictive and offsite Maintenance that prevents machines from breaking down before their failures has never been greater. Automation 247 understood these challenges.
Every maintenance team in any automated processed factory is without doubt under constant pressure from their production team to prevent any production stoppage due to a machine failure. The idea of creating Automation 247 was born from routine service visits on behalf of a World class OEM supplier on which our engineers have been requested to offer solutions allowing them to detect any failure before it happens and ahead of machines breaking down.
The challenge was taken. A tailored sound imaging measurement solution was proposed resulting in customers detecting machine failures up to 4 weeks prior to bearing/Gear box failures, saving them millions in lost production that involve a bearing that costs close to nothing.
Our solutions are tailored for every need. We work with our customers and offer them the best capital equipment, spares and an extra layer of safety and security that they cannot get with their machines. We do add advanced technologies to reach optimum customer satisfaction and these technologies can vary from early Gear box and bearing failure detection, Sound imaging detection, Infrared thermography detection, vibration data analysis, Spectrometry and Ferrography analysis, Gas leakage sound detection…etc.
