In order to advise the customer on the best solution for an early machine failure detection, we analyze the mechanical machine components through different analysis techniques in order to understand and record certain variables such us vibration, temperatures, Oil/Grease contamination, insulation…etc. This will allow us to record the equipment’s operating parameters with the aim of creating a digital print of these components.
A proposed solution will be implemented to alert the customer after a deterioration of one or more of these elements. The change of these characteristic will create failing frequencies (generally born outside the human spectra). This will allow the customer quick and easy identification of the issues and solve it weeks before the machine fails.
